Abstract

Talent training is the major question of higher vocational education.The key of model higher vocational college is whether its talent-training mode has characteristic.Based on Hunan Industry Polytechnic,this paper discusses the talent-training mode of higher vocational college about major establishment、teaching reform、cooperation of college and enterprise、international communication、construction of teaching staff、vocational skills certification and evaluating system of talent training.
