Research on the Reform of Talent Training Model of Higher Vocational Education

Talent training model is not only a key factor affecting the quality of higher vocational education,but also the emphasis and difficulty in the current reform of higher vocational education. Through the analysis of some typical problems existing in the talent training of higher vocational education,this paper puts forward a new talent training model: one core,two combination,three linkage,i. e. the ability training as the core; persisting in the combination of the teaching content and position requirements,the combination of theory study and training practice; government,enterprise and school's uniting to develop a common talent training of higher vocational education.
