Abstract
Objective To design the best extract process of Gynostemma pentaphyllum flavonoids. Methods Using the orthogonal experimental design with rutin as index and the content of total flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy. Results The optimum extraction method was to use 15 times the amount of 70% ethanol in 90 ℃ conditions reflux extraction for 1.5 h.Conclusion The extraction method was stable and feasible and the content of Gynostemma pentaphyllum flavonoids was 4.08% with this method.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
