Abstract
It is very important to research the land use of the vulnerable eco-regions for the rational development between the environment and economics. When we want to recognize the regional environment change, using the mathematics model to study the regional land use change will give us a great assistance. In this paper, the author, based upon the theories, has given a case study on the transitional areas of farming and pasturing in the northeastern China
