A Research on the Modernization of Rural Circulation System in Transitional Period

At present,there are some problems with the modernization of rural circulation system,such as the lagged behind development of rural circulation system,the poor economic environment of rural circulation,the lagged behind infrastructure of rural circulation,the not in place rural circulation management system,the not smooth rural circulation channel,the undeveloped rural circulation organization,the disordered rural circulation,and the high logistic and comprehensive cost that not only hindered the increase of farmers' income and immediate consumption,but also increase the cost of living of citizens.To promote the modernization of rural circulation system,we should exactly balance five couples of relations.We should correctly handle the relation between market and government to set up dynamic mechanism for Chinese rural circulation modernization;and correctly handle the relation between market and farmers to cultivate the microeconomic foundation of rural modern circulation system;and correctly handle the rural-urban relation to push forwards the rural circulation system modernization by rural-urban integration strategy;and correctly handle the relation between policy orientation and market orientation to accelerate the development and improvement of public policy to encourage rural circulation modernization;and correctly handle the whole and parts relation to accelerate construction of rural circulation modernization projects.
