Curative Observation of Medicine-separated Moxibustion Cooperated with Scrapping on Treating of Ankylosing Spondylitis

To observe the effective differences of medicine-separated moxibustion cooperated with scraping to treat ankylosing spondylitis.Methods: 115 cases of patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into a treatment group of 60 patients and the controlled group of 55 patients.The treatment group was treated by medicine-separated moxibustion cooperated with scraping;the controlled group were treated by oral medication,and after three courses of treatment,the efficacy was evaluated.Results: The significant efficiency of the treatment group was 38.3%,the total effective rate was 93.3%,the significant efficiency of the controlled group was 12.7%,the total effective rate was 76.4%,the significant efficiency and total efficiency of the treatment group were significantly better than the controlled group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significance(P 0.05).Conclusion: Medicine-separated moxibustion cooperating with the scraping and drug treatment to treat ankylosing spondylitis are valid,and the scraping effect is better,the medicine-separated moxibustion are simple operated,non-toxic side effects,is worthy of clinical application.
