Abstract

Scientific development inherits and promotes the theory of development in Marxism,which is the Marxist development in current time.Under the guideline of important ideologies like: Deng Xiaoping Theory and Three Represents,the theory of development is the paramount strategic intellectuals according to the overall national development in new century and phase.It is also an improvement of the guiding principals made by our Party to push forward the construction of socialist modernization,marking the great leap of our Party's governing theory.
