Abstract
Deng Xiaoping developed the principle of Marxist political science, and put forward the scientific methodology of considering economic issues from the perspective of politics, and dealing with politic issues by political means. He put forward the theory of development accordance, development is truth; theory of development principle, both the step type and the step-degree type; theory of the motive force of development, i.e. reformation is China's second revolution; theory of development condition, stability and openness; theory of development mode, progress of the whole society; theory of development guarantee, political civilization and running the country according to the law. He regarded the issue of development as the first essential element of the basic themes of the epoch, studied social development (the development of human beings in essence) from the higher strategic perspective of the three benefits and the basic standard of value, and creatively explained the theory of modernization from an all-new perspective, with an all-new state and from an all-new high plane.
