Abstract

The aim of the research was to mensurate the slaughter performance of F1 Lamb among different ized combination. This study analyzed the Slaughter Performance of hybrid Lamb by local sheep cross-breeding with Suffolk. The results showed that the pre-slaughter live weight(49.50 kg),carcass weight(23.20 kg),dressing percentage(18.14 kg),ratio of meat with bone(3.89),loin muscle area(15.50 cm2)of F1 hybrid between indegenous sheep and suffolk are significantly highter than that of indegenous sheep(P0.05);the pre-slaughter live weight(49.50 kg),carcass weight(23.20 kg),dressing percentage(18.14 kg),ratio of meat with bone(3.89),loin muscle area(15.50 cm2)of F1 hybrid between fine wool sheep and suffolk are significantly highter than that of fine wool sheep(P0.05).It is significant to improve the Slaughter Performance of local sheep by cross-breeding with Suffolk.
