Abstract

The structure and fundamentals of field emission display devices are introduced, followed by analysis on the problems related to traditional Spindt field emission arrays. And the principle and structure of panel field emission arrays are also mentioned . Finally, the progress of research on MISM structured panel emission arrays is given.
