Abstract
The extraction of ceramides from konjac fly powder by ultrasonic was studied. The effects of temperature, time, proportion of solute to solvent and extracting solvent on the extraction efficiencies were analyzed. The optimum extraction conditions were made as follows:the temperature 60 ℃,time 35 min, proportion of solute to solvent 1∶4,extracting solvent 95% alcohol. The maximum of extraction efficiencies was up to 2.89%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
