Abstract
The quality education is a new-typed concept of the educational theory for integrating knowledge, ability and quality, which can be realized by the self-education. The psychological sociological basis for conducting self-education is the requirement for individual psychological quality and personal socialization. The self-education is considered as an objective requirement for the law of quality education, the management concept of emotional education and the quality of talented persons in the knowledge economy times.
