An Inquiry to Promote Postgraduates' Training Quality

The quantity of the postgraduates in universities increases significantly insomuch that various contradictions and shortcomings of the original training system become more and more obvious.It brings great challenges for postgraduates' training job.Therefore,it is a major task for the teaching staff to probe the ways to promote postgraduates' training quality and cultivate high-level professionals who meet the needs of social and economic development in our country.At present,there are some problems in the construction of curriculum,teaching and teaching staff of postgraduates' training.The present author tries to provide some strategies to avoid these problems.
