Problems in Professional Quality Training of Postgraduates in Curriculum and Instruction Theories Specialty and the Countermeasures —A Case Study of Hefei University of Technology

There still exist some deficiencies in the professional quality of postgraduates in curriculum and instruction theories(physics) specialty such as the weakness in pedagogical theory basis,lack of practical experience in education,insufficiency in innovation and research abilities,etc.In order to improve the professional quality of postgraduates,advanced educational ideas and reasonable knowledge hierarchy should be established,the practice in teaching and the team construction of instructors should be strengthened,and the innovation ability of postgraduates should be cultivated during the process of professional quality training.
