Construction of the Training Model of Cultivating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents of Chemistry in Local Universities

In order to improve the students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,college of chemistry and chemical engineering of Hunan University of Arts and Science on the basis of the original training mode,integrating innovation to basic education,the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of chemistry,the innovation and entrepreneurship education mode of implementation of theory + practice + auxiliary activitiesand four layers( basic course and experiment→ professional courses and experiment →integrated curriculum and experimental→innovation and entrepreneurship practice) training scheme was explored and constructed,innovation and entrepreneurial ability of students was trained well,and the employment rate was more than 98%.
