Research and Practice on the Promotion System of College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability under the Background of New Engineering

In recent years, the state vigorously promotes innovation and entrepreneurship, and as the core force of innovation and entrepreneurship, science and engineering disciplines is the focus of education reform. How to cultivate a generation of engineering talents with innovation ability and innovation consciousness is the key of education reform. However, in terms of the current situation of university training, the innovative and entrepreneurial talents trained by universities cannot meet the existing needs of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Therefore, universities should optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship ability promotion system of college students and change the new education mode, so as to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students. Based on the background of new engineering, this paper makes a brief analysis on the research and practice of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability system.
