Abstract

Marine is the basic environment and important resource for human survival and development, and the sustainable development of human is increasingly dependent on marine. But in recent years, with rapid economic development, the field of human activity and economic behavior continuously extends to the ocean, limited and fragile marine resources is to cope with the unrestrained use of mankind. At the same time we continue to obtain valuable resources from the ocean, but to emit and abandon toxic and hazardous pollutants to the ocean, the combined effect of these pollutants will cause great stress and harm to the marine ecological environment, thereby affecting the economic service capabilities of marine ecosystems, and ultimately lead to ecological imbalance of the human and the ocean.Correct understanding of the status and role of the marine ecological security is of great significance for us to ensure the sustainable use of marine resources, the sustainable development of marine economy, human and marine ecosystem in harmony.
