On the framework of Deng Xiaoping's theory on the building of the ruling party in the new period

For a long period of time,the leading groups of the Communlst Party of China have been exploring courageously how to strengthen the building of the Party ,establishing the reIated theory in the different periods and correctly directing the founding and development of the Communist Party of China.
