Abstract
Attaching great importance to the building of the Party's system is the outstanding feature and main content of Deng Xiaoping Theory about the Party building. In the history of the Chinese Communist Party, Deng Xiaoping is the first one who regards the system building as an issue that has close bearing on whether the Party and the country will change their political color. While adhering to the importance of setting up a series of systems within the Party by focusing on the perfection of the Charter of the Chinese Communist Party and the democratic centralism, Deng Xiaoping insists on the reform and improvement of the leadership and organizational system which are not scientific and are out of date, so as to lay a solid theoretical basis for the reform of the Party's leadership and governance.
