Abstract

The combination of ideological and political work with enterprise culture construction helps promote innovation of ideological and political work and resolve contradiction in ideological and political work elevate effect of ideological and political work. Promoted into the approach to the combination. Melted and unified them organically,can the ideological and political work be renovated and its role to the development of the enterprise be fully played.
