Abstract

It is conditional for the establishment of rights. Humanism and freedom of subject are the important factor of rights. Theories about rights of the nature, which is violation to the humanism sprit of rights and deviation from the free form of rights, will not promote the development of rights, but decompose the factors of rights and result in the end of rights. It should be alert for us to the confusion and subversion that brings about by theories about rights of the nature to traditional rights theory. In the time of right, we must use the conception of right more cautiously.
