Human rights are looked upon as a moral right

The concept of Human Rights is closely related to the one of rights. The right of legal and the right of morals are two basic forms of rights. Human rights is, fundamentally speaking, the right of morals. The right is priority to the utility. Negative rights are the one of protecting freedom. Positive rights are the one to live and obtain necessities of daily life. The Social Contract gives the better explanation to the conditions and limits of individual rights. The ground of judging whether Human Rights have been realized or not, and its level, is to watch whether the state has rightly divided public power and civil rights, and better solved the contradictions between the two parts.
