Carrying out the strategy of talents creative and improving teachers teaching quality

Abstract
It's impossible to carry out the quality education without teachers.It's also impossible to cultivate creative talents without this kind of teachers.Therefore,teachers play the key role on carrying out the quality education. The improvement of teachers' quality is the key to push the quality education forward. This paper discusses the method to improve the teachers' teaching quality from five aspects.
