Abstract

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography, mammography and both combined use in breast disease. Methods We retrospectively studied the results of ultrasonography and mammography of 217 cases of breast diseases confirmed pathologically, including 112 cases of breast cancer and 105 cases of benign lesion. Results Color doppler ultrasonography, mammography and the combined use for breast diseases, the sensitivity was 87.5%,83.0% and 97.3%,respectively;the specificity was 81.9%,75.2% and 85.7%,respectively.The combined use was highest in sensitivity(P0.05).Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography can be one of the first choices for diagnosing breast diseases.Ultrasonography combined mammography can increase the sensitivity and provide more valuable reference for breast diseases.
