Efficacy and Safety Evaluation about Fluconazole Sodium Chloride in the Treatment of Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of fluconazole and sodium chloride in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods A total of 150 vulvovaginal candidiasis patients who were admitted to our hospital from August 2012 to August 2013,were selected as study subjects,then the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets,and the observation group were treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with fluconazole and sodium chloride treatment. Results After 1 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group( 90. 67%) was higher than that of the control group( 78. 67%),and the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group( 93. 33%) was higher than that of the control group( 81. 33%),the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The two groups did not appear obvious adverse drug reaction cases. Conclusion The efficacy of fluconazole and sodium chloride in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis is reliable and safety.
