Abstract
The content of soil organic matter and different nitrogen forms, and their effect on vegetable quality were investigated and determined by field sampling survey and indoor chemical analysis to provide the scientific basis for soil nitrogen management of vegetable fields at suburb's township level. The average organic matter and total nitrogen content in soil of vegetable field reaches 67. 72 and 3. 11 g / kg,and the average variance coefficient is 35. 30 % and 29. 81 %,respectively. The average nitrate content of vegetables is 606. 56 mg / kg,but there are significant differences in nitrate content between different vegetables, and the order of nitrate content in vegetables is foliage vegetable root and stem vegetable melon and fruit vegetable. There is a positive correlation between nitrate content in vegetables and total nitrogen content in soil, and the correlation coefficient is 0. 295. Because the variance in soil nutrition content of vegetable fields is great at suburb's township level, the differentiated management of different vegetable fields should be carried out by using fine nitrogen management measures to realize high yield and high efficiency of vegetables.
