As a result of the long-standing city and countryside dual structure restriction,our country present law service system is incomplete,the function is insufficient and the compatibility is not strong in the countryside law service.According to the characteristics of countryside society and the need of the agriculture legal affair,we should extend and transform the present judicial organization,cancel the law service organizations of villages and towns in the rural area progressively and establish the organs of attorney, notarization,arbitration.And then we can further consummate the people mediation system and construct the corresponding countryside law service system,which is the intrinsic request of our country law service system perfecting itself and the urgent need of promoting the countryside society to be harmonious and the construction socialism new countryside.
