Abstract
Based on the network-assisted teaching,the reform and practice of teaching model for food chemistry course were carried out in aspects of teaching contents,teaching methods,assessment methods.The practice effect showed that this kind of teaching model was beneficial to the development of students' knowledge,improved the students' ability of innovation,fully mobilized the enthusiasm of students,stimulated students' learning interest.
