The Scientific Outlook on Development has promulgated the essence of socialist development profoundly,expanded the path of socialist modernization construction,and deepened the cognition of the law of socialist modernization construction.Its establishment enables our party to enter a new realm in understanding socialism with Chinese characteristics.To develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,we must carry out the Scientific Outlook on Development steadfastly.
