The Necessity of the Life to Right to Be Enshrined in Constitution

The right of life is that people have the right to the life safety.It shall be prohibited to unlawful deprivation of the life right.As the basic and first human rights,the right of life should be recognized and protected by the Constitution.It is not only determined by the importance of life right,but also the function of the fundamental rights to defense,the supremacy of the Constitution,and the severs reality of protection of the life right in China,require that the right of life should be enshrined in the Constitution.
