Faultiness of economy market has represented obviously since 80's, especially under the financial globalization and financial liberalization background. Financial crisis exists in developing and developed countries via various forms. Each country chooses to strengthen financial supervision in order to control financial crisis. However, the effectiveness of financial supervision is limited after experiencing several financial crises. Experience and lesson about financial supervision are summarized comparatively between developing and developed country. It would contribute creatively to construct new financial supervision system.
