Abstract

With the economic and financial globatization,our financial administrative authority makes great efforts to eliminate“the financial repression”caused by the financial supervision,and expands the financial opening through institutional adjustments.Under this background,the reform and adjustment of financial institution,the strengthening of financial supervision and the promotion of financial development has great economic significance.
