Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of Delisheng treatment through intrapleural instillation in malignant pleural effusion (MPE). Methods 25 cases of MPE were treated by intrapleural instillation Delisheng injection 50 mL-60 mL after pleural effusion was drawn, twice per week. Results The effective rate (CR + PR)was 88 %. The main side effect was pain of chest. Conclusion Delsheng injection treatment in MPE was safe and effective, It is worth studying forther.
