On Character Studying of Teachers' Participation in Physical A Characteristic Study of the Feature of Universities' Teachers Taking Part in Physical Exercises in Hunan Province

This paper finds that most teachers in universities in Hunan Province Participate in physical activities once or twice every week and for 30 minutes every time.The events selected are mainly running,walking,football,basketball and volleyball.The main factors that hamper teachers from participating physical exercises are working pressure,insufficient time,lacking physical education knowledge and lack of play grounds.Besides,the universities pay little attention to the management and instruction of teachers to take part in these physical activities.
