Abstract

Objective To explore hospital occurrence factors, and characteristics of the general rules of adverse drug reaction(ADR) for clinical reasonable and safe drug administration. Methods 159 cases of ADR reports in he hospital in 2010 were collected and analyzed retrospectively, with Excel spreadsheets and manual screening were used to analyzed of age, gender, drug type, route of administration and ADR clinical manifestations. Results Most ADR was caused by the antibiotics up to a total of 69 cases(43.40%);99 cases of ADR caused by intravenous infusion, accounting for 62.26%.Common clinical manifestations of ADR were damage to skin and its appendages, which presented in a total of 81 cases(50.94%).Conclusion Clinical attention should be paid on ADR reporting and monitoring,in particular, observing the process of older drugs, and rational use of antibiotics were needed to prevent or reduce the recurrence of ADR.
