Dynamics of cultivated land area and policy concerned in Fujian Province

Based on the statistics of cultivated land area,the dynamics of cultivated land area in Fujian Province from 1950 to 2010 is analyzed,and the relationship between the cultivated land use and the cultivated land protection policy is explored.The results show as follows.(1) The dynamics of cultivated land area in Fujian Province indicated a continuous decreasing of resources.(2) The interaction between the dynamics of cultivated land area and the protection of cultivated land has been revealed.The continuous decreasing of cultivated land led to the strict cultivated land protection policy which controlled the decreasing of cultivated land to a certain extent.
