The construction of a harmonious society needs to establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship.In recent years,with enrollment expansion,many problems which result from unbalance number of teachers and students make building harmonious relationship between teacher and student more important.Based on the present state of the relationship,efforts mustbe made together by college,teacher and students are beneficial to construct the harmonious relation between teachers and students.the ways and means to construct such a relationship are put fooward.
