ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HARMONIOUS RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TEACHERS AND STUDENTS IN COLLEGE UNDER THE NEW SITUATION

In order to deal with a series of problems,such as the increasing number of students,decrease in students qualities,more pressure imposed on teachers' scientific research and teaching tasks,etc.,which are caused by imbalanced ratio between teachers and students due to the current college expansion,this paper,based on a survey of current situation of teacher-student relationship in SWPU,presents methods about how to create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.The needs of fostering harmonious teacher-student relationship are analyzed from three perspectives.First,to foster harmonious teacher-student relationship in universities is the fundamental requirement of both implement of new courses as well as teaching reform.Second,harmonious teacher-student relationship is the texts and tasks of carrying out new subjects and teaching reform.Third,it is the basic requirement of implementing the spirit of the 17th National Congress of CPC,building harmonious campus and accelerating the co-development of both teachers and students.Consequently this paper draws a conclusion that in order to construct excellent school morale,teaching morale,study morale and harmonious teacher-student relationship,some measures should be taken,including to stimulate ideological and political work,to practically improve understanding,to change views concerning teachers and students,to pay close attention to humanistic care and psychological guidance and to handle teacher-student relationship in a sensible way.
