Abstract

【Objective】 To study the expression of c-Fos and Caspase3 in small intestine lymphoid tissue of alpaca, and to explore the function of c-Fos in the regulation of mucosa lymphocyte germinal center of alpaca small intestine. 【Method】The distribution of c-Fos and Caspase3 in small intestine lymphoid tissue in alpaca were studied by immunohistochemistry in the present study. 【Result】 The results showed that few lymphocyte was found in the mucosa of duodenum, the c-Fos positive lymphocytes were located mainly in the germinal center of jejunum Peyer's patches, a little c-Fos positive cells were found in the lamina propria of jejunum and c-Fos positive cells could be seen in the region of adjacent lamina propria. The expression of Caspase3 was focused in the lamina propria lymphocytes. There were almost no Caspase3 positive cells in the germinal center of Peyer’s patches. A few Caspase3 positive cells were located in the region adjacent lamina propria. 【Conclusion】 Based on these findings, it is concluded that c-Fos involves in the regulation of mucosa lymphocyte germinal center of small intestine proliferation and differentiation in alpaca.
