Abstract
In order to make better use of cellulase,the enzyme reaction conditions on engineered bacteria R2 cellulase were researched.The impact of different surfactant concentration,buffer solution and pH on cellulase activity were detected by DNS method.The optimum conditions were confirmed,which was at 35 ℃,concentration of Tween 80 1.6% and acetate,sodium acetate buffer with pH 4.8,and the cellulase activity was 1.47 times of the contrast.
