Abstract
On the background of building a socialist countryside,the meaning of new farmer has another intension. Most of the farmers have gradually transformed into modern industrial workers.New farmers are pioneers of farmers,and main force to build a socialist countryside.Accordingly the countermeasures to bring up farmers by means of enlarging increment resource are proposed.
