Abstract
The rapid development of Internet culture the college students' values has had a positive impact and negative effect.Through the socialist core value system of the lead,the course of ideological education,campus Internet culture outstanding,the establishment of network moral and legal system network such as combination of college students values education measures,make students establish the right values.
