With the rapid development of information technology,Internet has been playing an indispensable part in college students' lives. And the advent of the Internet era is accompanied by the formation of the Internet fast-food culture.In addition the Internet fast-food culture's formation was also driven by the market economic factors and the fragmentation of time. And with the unique characteristics,the Internet fast-food culture influences on the college students' values by two sides. Under this condition,only government,society and school make great efforts to build a good social environment and scientific value guides,can college students be cultivated into healthy values. Last college students should also perform subjective activity to improve the ability of identifying information.
