Abstract
Objective To evaluate the correlation between real-time tissue elastography(RTE) and liver fibrosis of patients with hapetitis B,and to assess the feasibility to diagnose the degree of liver fibrosis with RTE.Methods Seventy-six patients who were confirmed by pathology of liver fibrosis were detected by RTE,and their parameters of RTE were collected, which were compared with the pathological grade of hepatic fibrosis. Results Correlation analysis showed that liver fibrosis was related to the parameters:MEAN,SD,AREA,COMP,CORR,SKEW,CONT,IDM of RTE(P0.01),there was best negative relation with MEAN,AREA(r=-0.827,0.881,P0.05).Conclusion Real-time tissue elastography is a useful method for the preliminary diagnosis of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic liver diseases. And it is a valuable supplement of traditional ultrasound.
