Abstract
Enterprise's vertical leadership system not only hinders advanced technique uses,but also does not suit market change.Norminal enterprise is the reform of traditional enterprise's stucture and also a new enterprise's management reform.Norninal enterprise may break through regional confine,avoid re-construction,train the enterprise's key competitiveness and quicken the reform of enterprise management system.
