The enterprise system is closely related with economic efficiency of the enterprise. Building up the modern enterprise system is the fundamental in improving economic efficiency of the state owned enterprise in China. The establishment of mordern enterprise system and transform to corporate system of China's state owned enterprises has already had great progress, but there exiest many problems in this respect. It is necessary to deepen further reform, and build the distinct, multi-structural ownership as well as effective, normal managerial structures.
