Abstract

The Guidance issued by the State Council on the September 1st 2009 has indicated that the new rural social pension insurance put into operation.But there are many defects in the rural pension insurance system in terms of the requirements of building harmonious China,coordinating urban and rural development,and reducing the regional disparities.This paper has made some comments on the rural pension insurance system in ethnic mimority area,in order to promote the improvement of rural pension insurance system.
