Abstract
The international competitiveness evaluation index system of agricultural products processing industry was established including scale competitiveness,benefit competitiveness,open competitiveness,sustainable competitiveness and environment competitiveness. According to data of Hunan Statistical Yearbook during 2003-2012,the main influencing factors for Hunan agricultural products processing industry international competitiveness were analyzed by using entropy weight method and grey relational theory. The results showed that benefit competitiveness,sustainable competitiveness and scale competitiveness all have significance on Hunan agricultural products processing industry international competitiveness.
