Abstract
The relationship among systems of path,nothingness and being is the core issue of chapter one in Lao Tzu's Dao De Jing.Influenced by the annotation of Wang Bi,the view that systems of path is regarded as equivalent with is prevailing widely.The passage believes that nothingness and being belong to the same level,which is a kind of paratactic relationship on logic.The agreement of the fortieth chapter in Zhujian text and the explanation of Mou Zongsan proves the attribute that nothingness and being are both systems of path.
