Abstract

The legal goal is equated to the legal value in Chinese laws for a long time, actually the legal goal is aimed to pursue the legal value,which is not only determined by the certain material life conditions in our society,but also influenced by the norms such as the laws, morality, etc. The legal goal results from the legal practice which is eventually judged by its legal value.
